Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, scheduling, or hospitality preferred.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new technology; ServiceTitan experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Represent Live R.I.C.H. values in every interaction.
• Provide warm, professional service via inbound/outbound calls, text, email, and other approved channels.
• Maintain an 85% or greater qualified booking rate and minimize cancellations.
• Respond quickly to new opportunities and complete follow-up for open estimates.
• Assist with dispatch, Live Close, and documentation to support field teams.
• Capture accurate information in systems and communicate clearly to stakeholders.
