Job summary

The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is hiring janitorial staff to maintain a clean, safe casino environment across multiple locations. You will perform routine cleaning, restocking, and basic maintenance while upholding service standards to guests and team members.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 months related experience, and can pass background checks and drug screening. Ability to obtain a Tribal Gaming License is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

• Keep rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms and other areas clean and orderly.
• Sweep, scrub, vacuum floors and clean fixtures; maintain dust-free surfaces.
• Disinfect lavatory areas and replenish supplies as needed.
• Support safety and cleanliness standards per MICS and TICS; follow training.
• Assist with general duties as assigned by supervisor.
