Job summary

The Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians seeks an EVS Supervisor to oversee housekeeping operations across casino and tribal buildings, ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive facilities. You will supervise through subordinates, train staff, and enforce standards to deliver a Five Star Experience for guests and team members alike.

You will establish EVS procedures, plan schedules, and manage safety and compliance with internal controls.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding mission statements.
• Lead by example and deliver Five Star Experience to Guests and Team Members.
• Coach and support staff to ensure skills, tools, and resources are available.
• Establish standards and procedures for EVS staff.
• Train and develop staff through coaching and corrective actions.
• Plan work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Submit management recommendations for painting, repairs, furnishings, and space relocation.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and safety policies.
