Job summary

Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a dedicated hotel/casino cleaner to maintain the appearance of the casino, offices and tribal properties. You will uphold the Five Star Experience and safety standards while performing cleaning duties and coordinating with team members.

The role requires physical work, adherence to SOPs, and availability for varied shifts. Training and safety briefings are provided; pay is hourly and consistent with site standards.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by exceeding our mission.
• Lead by example and deliver the Five Star Experience across guests and team members.
• Coach and support team members to ensure they have the skills and resources to perform.
• Clean and polish marble surfaces, and trim.
• Use heavy equipment for cleaning such as buffers and carpet shampooers.
• Clean or vacuum hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, corridors and other areas.
