Twenty-Nine Palms Band of Mission Indians is seeking a casino/ facilities cleaner to maintain clean, safe, and attractive spaces across multiple locations. The role emphasizes outstanding guest service, adherence to service standards, and readiness to perform a range of cleaning tasks with attention to safety.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), minimal experience, and the ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and tribal licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must pass periodic random drug screens.
• Must pass background suitability investigation.
• Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement.
• Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker areas, employee break room, and other assigned work areas.
• Caution management regarding complaints about misuse of property.
• Communicate job issues appropriately and only based on facts.
• Maintain cleanliness of windows and doors.
