The Little Nell in Aspen, a Forbes Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel, seeks an AM Front Server to provide exceptional breakfast service with a warm, knowledgeable approach. You will be the first guest touchpoint, presenting food and beverages and upholding Forbes standards.

Two rounds of service knowledge, wine awareness, and ability to work with the team are essential. This seasonal full-time role includes benefits and opportunities to grow within a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of related experience required.
• Knowledge of Forbes 5-Star standards and guest service excellence.
• Familiar with wine and wine service.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests according to standards.
• Attend daily pre-service tasting.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and wine offerings.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Support operations with table setup and clearing.
• Uphold Forbes 5-Star standards.
