Job summary

Residences at The Little Nell Aspen is seeking a Breakfast, Pool, & Owner's Lounge Attendant for the Winter 2026-27 season. You will set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensure items are stocked and attractively presented, and assist guests using the pool and lounge areas with someFamily-friendly F&B activations.

The role requires service excellence, knowledge of breakfast items, allergen awareness, and 5-star standards, with shifts spanning early mornings to evenings and a focus on guest

Qualifications

• Must be over 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or high school equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
• Familiarity with breakfast items, dietary restrictions and allergens.
• Knowledge of 5-star standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills to replenish and present items timely.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up breakfast each morning; shifts are 6am-11am/12-3pm/3:30-8pm.
• Serve guests hot & cold breakfast items and some evening beverages.
• Continually restocks dry food items and refills drink containers during breakfast hours.
• Assist in brewing a variety of coffees for guests.
• Wipe down and bus tables during Food & Beverage hours.
• Clean surfaces and floors to prepare the Lounge sitting area for lunch.
• Rotate into stewarding duties; washing dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Assist guests and maintain pool and Garden Deck cleanliness during mid-day service.
• Refresh pool linens and robes; return items to housekeeping and prep kitchen.
• Support seasonal events and family activations such as smores night and movie nights.
