Aspen One is seeking an AM Front Server for seasonal full-time morning service in Aspen, CO. The role delivers exceptional breakfast following Forbes Five-Star standards and supports guest satisfaction from start to finish.

You will perform service duties, participate in tastings, and maintain tableware and seating areas while coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and team to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Adhere to Forbes 5-star standards in all tasks.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wine, food, and cooking methods.
• Understand Colorado liquor laws and procedures.
• Proficient with Wines by the Glass (BTG) offerings and wine cellar basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Attend pre-service tastings and follow timing standards.
• Take orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage guest checks and payments accurately.
• Set gueridons and tables before service; assist with clearing and setup.
• Maintain cleanliness of tableware and service areas.
• Address guest comments and notify managers as needed.
