The Little Nell is Aspen's premier Five-Star, Five-Diamond hotel at the base of Aspen Mountain, offering ski-in/ski-out access, acclaimed dining, and personalized service. The AM Back Server supports the dining experience by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction under the Restaurant Manager.

This seasonal full-time role requires strong communication and knowledge of the menu, with a focus on efficiency, team collaboration, and elevating the guest

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Forbes 5-Star standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in communicating clearly both verbally and in writing to team members and customers.
• Basic knowledge of wine, food and cooking methods.

Responsibilities

• Use suggestive selling technique for food and beverage.
• Attend daily pre-meal tasting and pre-shift meeting.
• Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Check guest satisfaction during meals.
• Handle guest checks and payments.
• Assist in clearing and setting tables before, during, and after service.
• Report guest comments or complaints to management.
• Adhere to Colorado liquor laws and avoid serving intoxicated guests or minors.
• Other duties as assigned.
