Job summary

The Boca Raton Beach Club is seeking a Beach Club Recreation Manager to oversee pool, beach, arcade, and resort programs, ensuring exceptional guest and member experiences with the highest safety standards.

You will supervise staff, manage program scheduling, assist with budgeting, and develop seasonal activities aligned with our five-star luxury standards. Flexible hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in recreation or hospitality.
• Two years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience with guest service in a five-star resort is preferred.
• Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff hiring, training, scheduling, and performance.
• Manage pool, beach, arcade, and resort programs.
• Enforce safety procedures and health regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest and member service.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and P&L support.
• Coordinate across resort departments.
• Develop seasonal and weekly recreational programs.
• Maintain records and reports for programs and staff.
