Job summary

The Boca Raton Beach Club is seeking a Security Manager to ensure the safety of guests, members, associates and the security of the property. The role directs security staff, interviews, trains, schedules, and investigates incidents, in coordination with the Director of Safety & Security.

Applicants should have five+ years in security, a High School Diploma, CPR/OSHA certifications, and knowledge of Windows-based programs; this is a full-time position based in Boca Raton, FL.

Qualifications

• Management and supervision experience required.
• Five or more years in Security or related experience required.
• Law Enforcement and Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screen, interview, select, and counsel security staff.
• Lead investigations of accidents, thefts and property loss.
• Coordinate training in fire life safety and CPR/AED.
• Review reports, supervise schedules and payroll.
• Conduct regular property patrols and ensure safety.
