Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or in pursuit; 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• Customer service skills and a helpful, friendly attitude required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and check in/out in the fitting rooms; monitor merchandise.
• Prepare merchandise to return to selling floor (buttons, zips, etc.).
• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional manner.
• Learn product knowledge to assist customers and fellow sales associates.
• Direct customers to the correct associate for location, price and use questions.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized fitting room.
