Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking a Fitness Supervisor responsible for assisting our Manager with daily operational support and supervising our fitness staff within our busy wellness center, which includes a comprehensive fitness area, spa & salon operations, aquatics department, and café.

The Fitness Supervisor must have the ability to effectively supervise staff, oversee fitness programming, and assist in creating wellness experiences for our active members. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, be able to manage and motivate others, and possess excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. They will supervise, coordinate, and maintain high service levels in the Fitness center by monitoring service quality in conjunction with the Fitness Manager and the Director of Cascades.

Requirements

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Additional professional fitness certifications preferred (e.g., water aerobics, Zumba, Spinning, yoga, Pilates).
• Experience in creating monthly schedules, staffing classes, payroll, and budgeting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury resort, or country club environment.
