Job summary

EMPIRE WELLNESS LLC operates StretchLab studios in Tomball, TX, seeking an Assistant/Sales Manager to drive studio sales, memberships, and retail revenue while overseeing staff and operations. You’ll train Sales Representatives and Flexologists, manage outreach campaigns, and ensure excellent member experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, data management, and seamless coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of fitness sales experience or membership sales preferred.
• Confident in generating the majority of sales and training staff to sell.
• Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio owner.
• Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing and Networking with business’s
• Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting
• Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
• Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Train & supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
• Proficiency in ClubReady (CRM), to include time clock reports, payroll reports, etc.
• Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
• Collect outstanding dues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio
• Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
• Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned
