Job summary

EMPIRE WELLNESS LLC is seeking a Sales Representative in a fitness-oriented studio environment. The role focuses on bringing in new members, scheduling intro stretches, and supporting member retention. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
• Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales in memberships.
• Ability to learn and use a CRM software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours.
• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General/Sales Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Prospect through calling, texting, and emailing to manage leads.
• Work independently and unsupervised at times.
• Book and confirm stretches for members and prospects.
• Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects.
• Tour facilities to assess needs and recommend services.
• Maintain personal sales production to hit monthly quotas.
• Support club objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to members and prospects.
• Schedule quality appointments to meet sales targets and follow up on leads.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
