Qualifications

• Experience using CRM software.
• English fluency and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General/Sales Manager with lead generation, follow up, and close.
• Prospect via calls, texts, and emails.
• Book and confirm stretches; manage front desk.
• Conduct tours and identify members' needs.
• Promote services and achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in events to promote the club.
• Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
• Other duties as assigned.
