Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in your local studio is seeking enthusiastic individuals to welcome guests, present the OTF concept, and guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout. You’ll help people discover how a science-based, group-fitness experience can transform their daily lives.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll support membership sales, follow up with prospects, participate in events, and keep the studio clean and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and comfort talking to people.
• Energetic, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests with energy and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to interested customers (intros).
• Giving studio tours to prospective members.
• Collaborating with trainers to guide intros through workouts.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive and grow.
• Following up on prospective clients and inquiries.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the studio.
