Job summary

Pvolve Coral Gables is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to drive membership sales, founding memberships during pre-opening, and pop-up class sales while delivering outstanding customer service and supporting studio operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, experience with social media, and a passion for fitness.

You will build a lead pipeline, conduct studio tours, and collaborate with the team to create an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) for business purposes.
• Minimum 2-year retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to commit to at least three shifts in a week, including one weekend shift.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell memberships, founding memberships, packages, classes and other studio services/products to prospective and current members.
• Support and promote pop-up class events and convert attendees into members and prospects.
• Conduct studio tours for potential members.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through referrals, outreach and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Provide exceptional service to existing members by answering questions and resolving concerns.
• Manage member accounts, including scheduling, billing inquiries and class bookings.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including opening/closing the studio and maintaining supplies.
• Support marketing efforts, including social media content and events.
• Assist with inventory management for studio merchandise and supplies.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests and processing payments.
• Process membership contracts and payments, and manage client databases.
• Provide administrative support to management and maintain up-to-date member information.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer experience.
• Train new team members in sales procedures and customer service standards.
