Job summary

Orange Theory Fitness Denver Central Park is seeking a Member Ambassador to welcome guests, manage front-of-house operations, and support sales initiatives for studio programs.

You will drive customer service excellence, process transactions, and guide prospects through program options while maintaining a clean lobby and accurate records. Flexibility for evenings/weekends is required to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and develop solutions to problems.

Responsibilities

• Achieves daily, weekly and monthly sales and membership goals.
• Establishes and maintains an effective referral program.
• Maintains accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
• Conducts telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls.
• Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile.
