Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living in North Bethesda, MD is seeking a Fitness Specialist to assess, monitor and develop personalized fitness programs for residents, promoting safe and engaging activities within a caring community.

You will perform fitness assessments, prescribe exercise plans including flexibility, strength and cardio, educate residents on proper techniques, assist with wellness program coordination, and maintain a clean, safe fitness area while building strong

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year related work experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certifications.
• Experience evaluating fitness programs for seniors is a plus.
• Personal Training experience preferred.

Join our team as a Fitness Specialist to join our team. The Fitness Specialist will assess, monitor, and develop individual fitness programs for residents.

• Compensation: $21 to $26 per hour, to commensurate with experience

How you will make an impact

• Performing fitness assessments which include vital signs.

What you will need
