Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a strong leader to drive the Fitness Services department at our Naperville location. You will oversee personal trainers, coordinate assessments, and ensure high-value member experiences while achieving sales goals and fostering a culture of service and growth.

The role requires leadership experience in fitness, solid communication skills, and a commitment to developing staff through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

• University degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in fitness sales or service.
• 2+ years leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct department's financial performance for fitness services.
• Hit personal and club sales KPI targets.
• Manage Personal Trainer payroll and expenses.
• Coordinate with Membership to ensure fitness assessments are booked and tours converted.
• Ensure PT presentations and fitness assessments align with corporate standards.
• Develop lead generation strategies with the team.
• Set sales goals for Fitness Consultants and front desk staff.
• Lead fitness products in location; manage supplements and inventory.
