Edge Fitness Clubs LLC seeks a dynamic Club Manager to lead daily operations across membership sales, front desk, PT, Edge Kids, and maintenance. You will drive profitability, oversee asset management, and ensure compliance while championing a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for fitness.
• Proven leadership experience in a health/fitness setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operational and financial performance of the club, including profitability, asset management, and compliance.
• Maintain managerial oversight for departments: Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise, Maintenance.
• Model and uphold the company's mission, values, and culture; hold staff accountable to Edge spirit.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring staff for the club.
