Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a results-driven leader to oversee Fitness Services at our club. You will drive financial performance, guide Personal Trainers, and partner with Membership to optimize assessments and tours.

The role emphasizes coaching, KPI achievement, and product leadership across fitness offerings. You will build a high-performing team, manage payroll and expenses, and ensure consistent training and standardization in line with corporate practices.

Qualifications

• A related University degree in Exercise Science, Physiology or Kinesiology or equivalent experience preferred.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification required.
• PT certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, ISSA, NFPT) within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the department's financial performance in total fitness services.
• Hit personal and club monthly sales KPI targets.
• Manage Personal Trainer payroll and expenses.
• Coordinate with Membership to secure fitness assessments and value during tours.
• Ensure PT presentations and fitness assessments align with corporate standards.
