Job summary

The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC is seeking a dynamic Club Director to lead operations at our Newark, Delaware location. You will drive profitability, member satisfaction, asset management and team performance in a fast-paced fitness environment.

You will oversee Membership Sales, Front Desk, Personal Training, Edge Kids, Group Exercise and Maintenance, and work with department heads on performance and staffing decisions to hire and develop talent.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a health club or similar setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and guest experience.
• Energy, enthusiasm and sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the club's operational and financial performance, including profitability and asset management.
• Maintain managerial oversight for all departments and communicate with department heads on performance.
• Lead by example, uphold the company's mission and culture, and ensure staff accountability to The Edge spirit.
• Collaborate with department heads on hiring and staff development at the club.
