Job summary

FITWORKS is seeking a Fitness Sales Team Member in Parma, Ohio. You will promote a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere and drive membership sign-ups while supporting the club with member services and inquiries.

Ideal candidates are positive, energetic, and sales-minded, with the ability to multitask and stay coachable. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available with commissions as a key compensation component.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high energy, fast paced, welcoming atmosphere for FITWORKS members.
• Meet and exceed key performance sales indicators including memberships, personal training, and wellness solutions.
• Front of Club Management including member services requests and inquiries.
• Outbound sales calls with prospects from lead generation.
• Respond to direct inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Maintain a clean club environment and assist with sanitation as needed.
• Monitor inventory and supply needs within the club.
