Qualifications

• Current Personal Training Certification (National Certification preferred).
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications are required.
• Ability to instruct and educate clients on exercise physiology and proper lifting techniques.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to communicate positively with members and staff.
• Willingness to be trained on FITWORKS systems and processes.
• Familiarity with CMS/CRM software is a plus.

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for helping FITWORKS members achieve their health and fitness goals. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team!

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and confirming client sessions


• Educating and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment


• Walking the fitness floor while engaging and assisting members


• Setting up member engagement and education displays


• Attendance at monthly Personal Trainer staff meetings


• Offering feedback and suggestions for on-going improvement and growth of the Personal Training Department
