3. Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering phones and assisting members.
4. Conduct studio tours and guide newcomers through their first workout.
5. Assist in selling memberships and following up with prospective clients.
6. Address member concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction.
7. Participate in marketing and outreach activities.
8. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
