1. Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
2. Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers, known as "intros"
3. Working at our front desk, answering phones, and engaging with members
4. Giving studio tours
5. Guiding intros through their first Orangetheory workout with trainers
6. Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
7. Following up on prospective clients
8. Handling members' concerns professionally with the goal of resolution
9. Participating in marketing and outreach events
10. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of studio areas
11. Performing other duties as assigned
