The UFC Gym in California seeks a Fitness Sales Admin to deliver exceptional member service and drive Private Training and supplement revenue. You’ll manage scheduling, administer training programs, and help enforce club policies, with responsibilities spanning sales, client liaison, and daily club operations.

Expect interaction with members and staff, a 7-day availability, and a focus on achieving revenue targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Personal Training techniques from assessment to program design and sales.
• Ability to operate and adjust fitness equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of company policies, safety procedures and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Sell and conduct Private Training & small group programs to Members.
• Manage client scheduling and calendar coordination efficiently.
• Coordinate sessions with clients according to availability and needs.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, measurements and supplements.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for Private Training and Supplements.
• Oversee club administration and coaching staff guidance to meet goals.
• Support member tours, training agreements, and service delivery.
