The role blends strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fitness to create a positive, motivating, and results-driven member experience, with full-time hours and a flexible schedule across weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them to resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members with a welcoming, informative, and inclusive approach.
• Support onboarding to connect members with fitness offerings; be the first face they see in the gym.
