Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking an energetic team member to welcome new members and guide them on their fitness journey. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and recommend personalized solutions to support overall fitness success.

With a focus on outstanding member experiences, you’ll help onboarding, provide friendly greetings, and ensure a positive sense of belonging within our community. This is a full-time role at a location in North Hollywood, CA.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members and resolve concerns.
• Keep the gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales and service experience to all guests and members.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connecting them to fitness offerings.
• Support training and lead-generation activities as needed.
