24 Hour Fitness is seeking a friendly, sales-oriented team member to greet new and current members and guide them through the early stages of their fitness journeys. You will build genuine relationships, listen to goals, and recommend personalized solutions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and contributing to a positive, results-driven member experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members, answer questions, resolve concerns and connect to resources.
• Keep gym clean, safe, and well-maintained for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming sales and service experience to motivate members to take next steps.
• Assist onboarding of new members and connect them to fitness offerings.
