Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• National Certification (ACSM, NASM, ACE or similar) is commonly expected for staff and coaches.
• Strong background in sales, driving revenue and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by acquiring and retaining personal and group training clients.
• Directly sell training packages and lead the team in achieving sales targets.
• Hire, train and develop fitness coaches to meet ramp milestones and productivity goals.
• Oversee group training schedules and ensure class quality and participation.
• Manage client activation, retention, and attendance to maximize club revenue.
