The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC in Johnston, RI is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive financial performance and lead a high‑performing Personal Training team. You will partner with membership staff to convert tours into sold services and ensure top customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in fitness leadership, CPR/First Aid, and a related degree. This full‑time role offers growth, competitive benefits, and a dynamic, member‑centric culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/related degree in Exercise Science or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years related sales experience in fitness or service industry.
• CPR & First Aid current and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Drive department financial performance and hit club KPI targets.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and coaching of Personal Trainers.
• Manage PT payroll, expenses and schedule mentor time for PTs.
• Collaborate with Membership and front desk teams to convert tours and assess client needs.
• Oversee product knowledge of fitness offerings and inventory including supplements.
• Develop lead generation strategies and set Fitness Services sales goals.
