Job summary

Valley Fitness CA is seeking a sales-minded fitness sales associate with excellent customer service and a positive, energetic attitude to help grow our member base. Ideal candidate has at least a year of sales experience and can prospect leads through telemarketing, cold calling, walk-ins, and member referrals while delivering outstanding service to current and prospective members.

You will work in a vibrant studio environment and play a key role in welcoming guests and supporting front desk

Qualifications

• You must have previous customer service experience for this position
• Stays organized and manages time well
• Preferred candidates will have 1 or more years of experience in sales or a similar related role
• Proficient in computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Build the studio's member base through sales, onboarding new members, and exceptional customer service to maintain long-term customers
• Prospect leads by doing a variety of actions, such as calling, texting, or emailing potential members, and chatting with them at local events or during studio walk-ins
• Welcome visitors and members to the studio, answer phones. and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
• Resolve member concerns professionally and respectfully to address them through excellent customer service
• Organize and manage promotion initiatives both inside and outside the studio
