As the first face in the gym, you will ensure a welcoming, safe, and informative experience, drive an outstanding onboarding process, and contribute to a positive, inclusive community that helps members stay engaged.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Developing first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and putting both members and guests in touch with the appropriate resources.
• Help keep our gym clean, well-maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver an outstanding and well-rounded sales and service experience to all guests and members by ensuring a welcoming, informative, and inclusive experience when they visit.
• Support an exceptional new member onboarding experience that helps members get connected to our fitness offerings.
