Responsibilities

• Member Engagement: Welcome members and guests, share information about services, classes, and facilities, and conduct gym tours.
• Membership Sales: Promote and sell gym memberships, explain benefits, and tailor options to the member's needs.
• Facility Upkeep: Do rounds to keep the gym clean, organized, and safe.
• Cafe Assistance: Serve snacks/beverages, handle transactions, and maintain cafe cleanliness.
• Customer Support: Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
