Job summary

Carbon Performance Gym is seeking a friendly Fitness Consultant to deliver exceptional member service and keep the facility running smoothly. You will welcome members, guide tours, promote memberships, uphold cleanliness, and assist in the in-house cafe while handling simple transactions.

You should have experience in customer service or sales, excellent communication, a passion for health and fitness, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
• Passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic computer software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and provide information about services, classes, and facilities.
• Conduct gym tours to showcase offerings and answer questions.
• Promote and sell gym memberships and help prospective members choose options.
• Perform regular rounds to maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor, equipment, and common areas.
• Assist in cafe shifts, serve snacks, beverages, and light meals, handle transactions.
• Address member inquiries and feedback professionally and provide solutions for a positive visit.
