Job summary

Carbon Performance is seeking a Fitness Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and help members enjoy a smooth, welcoming gym experience. You will greet members, promote memberships, keep the facility clean, assist in the cafe, and respond to feedback with solutions.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm for health and fitness, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.

Qualifications

Prev experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using basic computer software and systems.

Responsibilities

Welcome members and guests and provide information about services, classes, and facilities. Conduct tours of the gym to showcase offerings and answer questions.
Promote and sell gym memberships and help prospective members choose the best options for their needs.
Perform regular rounds to keep the gym clean and organized, including equipment and common areas.
Work shifts in the cafe, serve snacks and beverages, handle transactions, and maintain a clean cafe area.
Address member inquiries and feedback professionally and provide timely solutions.
