Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is hiring a Member Services role in Austin to greet new members and guide them through the start of their fitness journey. You will build trust-based relationships, listen to goals, and tailor personalized solutions to support members’ success within our community.

The role emphasizes a friendly greeting, active listening, and a passion for fitness to motivate and retain members, while contributing to a positive, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or fitness sales.
• CPR and AED certification within 60 days of employment.
• Strong service mentality and goal‑oriented.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Authenticity and integrity in interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop first-name relationships with members, answering questions, resolving concerns, and connecting them with resources.
• Help keep the gym clean, well‑maintained, and safe for members and guests.
• Deliver a welcoming, informative, and inclusive sales/service experience to all guests and members.
• Assist with onboarding new members and guide them to fitness offerings.
