Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Service-oriented Sales Associate to welcome new members and guide them on their fitness journey. You will listen to goals, provide personalized recommendations, and create a positive, inclusive member experience.

As the first face guests see, you will help onboarding and connect members to our fitness offerings. You will maintain cleanliness, safety, and exceptional service across the club.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in retail or fitness sales.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to listen to member goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• CPR and AED certification required within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new members and guide them through their fitness journey.
• Build trust-based relationships by listening to goals and offering personalized recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe gym environment and deliver a welcoming guest experience.
• Assist with onboarding new members and connect them to fitness offerings.
• Provide support in Kids' Club where applicable as assigned.
