Job summary

UFC Gym in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the club’s PT services and supplement revenue while delivering exceptional member experiences. This role supervises Coaches, aligns staff with company policies, and ensures smooth scheduling and timekeeping.

Efforts focus on hiring and developing a strong PT team, meeting monthly revenue goals, and maintaining high service levels through effective leadership and communications with members and staff.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of Personal Training from assessment to design.
• Working knowledge of the DotFIT program and software.
• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of company policies and safety procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing: recruit, hire, train and develop coaches and leaders.
• Club administration: manage revenue, service goals, meetings, and operations.
• Sell and conduct personal training: encourage member involvement, manage client programs and scheduling.
• Achieve monthly revenue objectives for private training and supplements.
• Review sales performance with VP and staff to meet goals.
• Adhere to company policies related to the sales process.
• Schedule and manage client appointments and coordinate sessions with clients.
• Maintain up-to-date scheduling records and handle changes or cancellations.
