Your Work Matters: How will you make a difference?

HBM is currently growing its Express Activities Department. The Fitness Instructor is responsible for planning and implementing alternative therapy services related to your field of expertise. This is a contracted (1099) role with flexibility to cover up to seven (7) groups per week or one (1) group per day.

Your Experience Matters: What we’re looking for:

• Education & Licensure (if applicable): High School Degree or equivalent preferred. Must be a Certified Professional Trainer (CPT).
• Experience: One year of related experience, with a working knowledge of inpatient psychiatric care techniques and understanding of mental illness, preferred.
• Additional Skill Requirements: Successful completion of CPR certification and CPI training within 30 days of employment prior to assisting with restraining procedures.

Compensation:
