Are you passionate about working with kids and making fitness fun, creative, and impactful? GYMGUYZ Mainline & Montgomery County is seeking a FIT KIDZ Coordinator to lead, grow, and manage our youth fitness program across local schools, childcare centers, camps, and community organizations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate group fitness classes for children (ages 18 months to teens) at schools, daycares, and summer camps.
• Build and manage partnerships with schools and childcare providers to schedule weekly, biweekly, or monthly FIT KIDZ sessions.
• Handle program scheduling, outreach, and follow-up with prospective partners to expand our presence and ensure class consistency.
• Develop creative, movement-based workouts that promote motor skills, social interaction, self-esteem, and physical development.
• Coordinate event participation (school fitness days, community events, parties, etc.) and contribute to local marketing of FIT KIDZ programs.
• Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive environment in every class while representing the GYMGUYZ brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of various fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs utilizing the GYMGUYZ Fitness App tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients about proper exercise techniques and the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor and track client progress to ensure maximum results.
• Conduct Reassessments.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in fitness, education, or recreation (required)
• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a natural ability to lead a room
• Personal training or group fitness certification (preferred but not required—we will train the right person!)
• CPR/AED certification
• Reliable transportation and comfort traveling between client sites
• Independent, organized, and proactive communicator
• Willingness to grow the FIT KIDZ program by doing light outreach, following up with leads, and helping us expand partnerships
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player or collaborative with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
