Pure Barre, the largest, most established barre fitness concept in the nation, with over 500 studios in the United States and Canada, offers a total body workout utilizing the ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements that burn fat, sculpt muscles, and create long, lean physiques. Known for its effective technique, friendly high-energy atmosphere, and motivating music, Pure Barre has gained popularity in recent years.

Position

The Pure Barre Fitness Instructor will lead up to 25 participants through the Pure Barre experience.

Responsibilities

1. Availability to teach a minimum of 5 classes per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
2. Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including studying choreography and class planning.
3. Learn full choreography changes quarterly.
4. Assist with maintaining the studio's cleanliness.
5. Demonstrate exercises such as lifting hand weights, full-body pushups, and maintain high energy during 50-minute classes.

Requirements

3. Ability to build client relationships through outstanding customer service.
4. Active lifestyle and a health-centered life.
5. Dependability with a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond.
6. Confidence to command a room of 20 people energetically.
7. Musicality to keep rhythm with music.
8. Background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre (preferred but not required).
9. Complete a 4-day training at a corporate center and prepare for certification, with a minimum one-year commitment.
