Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in Eagle, ID seeks a Fitness Director to manage and implement all fitness protocols effectively within the club. This full-time position offers benefits including a monthly bonus opportunity, a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, and a 401K match.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for staffing, training, and ensuring compliance with all fitness standards. A current certification in Personal Training or Fitness, along with CPR Certification, is required for applicants.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures.
• Possess a thorough understanding of Fitness Department as defined by company standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational and management systems.
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility.
• Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies.
• Current certification that is nationally recognized in the Personal Trainer or Fitness Trainer category.
• CPR Certification.
