Job summary

VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa in Boise, ID is seeking a Fitness Director to oversee and implement all club fitness-related protocols, ensuring safe, engaging programs and high service standards.

The role requires training and guiding staff, deep knowledge of facility operations, and adherence to company policies. CPR certification and a nationally recognized fitness credential are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and educate new and existing staff in all areas of Fitness Department procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, management systems
• CPR Certification
• If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the “Personal Trainer” or “Fitness Trainer” or “Nutrition” category
• Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies

POSITION SUMMARY

The Fitness Director has overall responsibility for effectively managing and implementing all club fitness-related protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
• Possess thorough understanding of, implement and enforce company policies
• If training, a current certification that is nationally recognized in the “Personal Trainer” or “Fitness Trainer” or “Nutrition” category
• CPR Certification
