Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience (preferred).
• Ability to adjust and operate all Fitness Equipment.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive customer experience and deliver great member service.
• Conduct private and small group training sessions.
• Assist in revenue-generating activities.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service focus

Organizational and time management skills

Basic computer proficiency in Word and Excel

Education

High school diploma or GED

Current CPR/AED certification

Current dotFIT certification

4-year Degree in a related field (preferred)
