Job summary

UFC Gym in Puyallup is looking for an experienced MMA Coach to enhance member experiences through private and group training sessions. In this role, you will be responsible for selling training sessions, achieving revenue goals, and acting as a brand ambassador.

The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Private Training techniques, strong communication skills, and a current CPR/AED certification. A minimum of one year of related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• Certification recognized by UFC Gym or Pro-Am fight background is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group training with members.
• Assist members with private training involvement.
• Ensure accurate administration of training programs.

Skills

Knowledge of Private Training techniques

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service focus

Ability to operate fitness equipment

Computer skills in Word and Excel

Education

High school diploma or GED

4-year degree in a related field (preferred)
