ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Ensure correct form and offer corrections
• Apply science behind heart‑rate‑focused training programs
• Collaborate as a team player
• Coach a minimum of 8 classes/week
• Embed yourself in studio culture

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Current fitness certification approved by Orangetheory Fitness (ACE, NASM, AFAA, NSCA, ACSM), current AED/CPR, 10+ continuing education units per year
• Experience: Intermediate physiology and exercise technique knowledge, functional heart‑rate training understanding, 2 years group or personal training preferred, Microsoft Office a plus
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, organizational skills, customer service, team player mindset

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Regularly on feet leading and instructing members for the entire 60‑minute workout. Occasionally lift/move up to 80 pounds.
